Septic tanks/cesspools of 500 to 1500 gallon capacity: Flush one Pac of Septic-1 down toilet once a month. Results should be seen within 2-4 weeks. To maintain system, use the same application monthly. In severe cases, 4-8 weeks may be necessary to obtain results.

Leach fields: Drop a Septic-1 pac monthly into the distribution box between the septic tank and the leach field. If your system doesn't have a distribution box you can dig down to the pipe leading from the tanks to the leach field. Install a distribution box or a cleanout type fitting so to allow you to introduce Septic-1 directly into the leach field system.
